DAMAGE POLICY

If your product happens to become damaged during transit, please email us at sales@madamchilli.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel with photos of the damage attached. With no cost of return.

 

 

REFUND POLICY 

  • we do accepted change of mind which full refund on products for online order within notice of 24hrs after you place order.
  • we do accepted return and exchange products -On your cost of return. Full refund is processing once products return to us in a good condition.
